What to expect when you instruct me:

I will keep you regularly informed and be polite and considerate, explain things clearly, keep jargon to a minimum and make every effort to be available to speak to you when you want."

I am Regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA). As a solicitor, I am regulated by the SRA.  Their purpose is to protect my clients by ensuring that I meet high standards and follow professional rules.  The SRA will always act if standards fall short.

I carry Indemnity Insurance: Unlike unregulated legal advisory services, I carry full indemnity insurance arrangements of up to £2m.  As a client of mine, you can therefore be sure that you are fully protected.
